Sculptural Typography
The 3D ice letterform sculptures were physical representations of the word itself. The handmade molds gave character and imperfections to the shapes of the letters, but still create a sense of uniformity within the word. The reflections and melting patterns highlighted the idea of time and change and brought the viewer back to nature and a sense of reality that nothing is permanent.
